Hi, I’m Marius Visser. As a Biokineticist, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach my goal is to merely re-educate you about the fundamentals of movement health that seem to have been forgotten or misrepresented in our changing world. The Over 40 Blueprint Program is for anyone who seeks to improve their sports or exercise performance while minimising the risks of injury. The Blueprint program is not just a strength and conditioning program, it’s so much more than that. It is based on scientific rules and principles that would ultimately guide you to an improvement, not only in strength and conditioning but also movement ability.

When I developed this system, I was amazed!.
My injuries healed, I felt stronger than ever before, I lost all unwanted fat, 13 kg to be exact! I built a physique of an athlete I always wanted. And you know what? It was actually so much fun to get out there every day, trying new skills, and training towards more advanced movement patterns and not only towards another inch on my bicep. I loved how I became more flexible and mobile, how I started developing my balance and all the things I would never even think about with my normal weight training. And best of all, I loved how my joints were getting stronger while I was growing older.
Although I was making progress it took me years to get to the point where I found what worked, and what didn’t work!
I was making mistakes
I didn’t know how should I work out
I was getting stuck and had no idea why
I didn’t have enough knowledge
There was nobody to guide me
I had no idea how and what to train
My progress was so slow, I was getting demotivated, I was missing a system to follow and get better every day.
So not only was I experimenting but going through trial and error over and over, I built an entire career of improving not only my own movement patterns but also that of my clients. Through my 15 years of experience in Tae Kwon Do, Personal Training, Sports Psychology Consultant, Exercise Physiologist (Biokineticist) and Wellness Coach, I have studied and researched for years to come up with a safe solution to movement problems that work in the shortest possible time.
