Marius Visser, Biokineticist
Meet Marius and discover how an individualised approach to movement and exercise can help you recover, rebuild and move forward with greater confidence.
Biokinetics is a healthcare profession that uses scientifically based exercise and movement to help improve physical function, support rehabilitation and assist with the management of chronic conditions. Rather than simply giving you a workout, Biokinetics considers your health history, physical limitations, movement, strength and individual goals to develop an appropriate exercise programme around you.

THERE ISN’T ONE STARTING POINT. THERE IS YOUR STARTING POINT.
Years of working with people in clinical practice revealed an important lesson: People don’t always need more exercises. They need to understand where they are, what may be limiting them and what to do next.
That philosophy eventually became AgeStrong — a movement education system designed to bring many of the principles used in clinical practice into the homes of adults over 50 around the world. AgeStrong does not replace individual clinical care. Instead, it provides education, structured movement programmes and practical guidance for people who want to take a more active role in staying strong, mobile and independent.
Translating complex physical therapy into clear, structured, and safe home programs for continuous lifelong strength.
