Can anyone young and old use this program?

Yes, although the program is designed for the forties and over, anyone can benefit from using this program.

Will this program improve my sport?

Using this program the way it was designed, you will gain mobility, stability and strength as this program is set up to challenge your movement quality. The Over 40 Blueprint program is designed to restore balance and address asymmetry. If your sport is dependent on movement quality, then yes.

How long before I start seeing results?

The answer depends on some factors. The program is set up to give you immediate results in mobility and flexibility, while other components of fitness such as muscle strength and endurance  could take up to 6 weeks or more. The strength of the program is dependent on the compliance of the program. The movement patterns are in a specific order, as one builds to the next. As with anything in life, consistency is the key.

Can I combine the Over 40 Blueprint program with my existing program?

If you lack any one of the previously mentioned components of exercise in your current program, then yes you can use the Over 40 Blueprint program to fill in the gaps and compliment your program.

Can I download the program on my phone or tablet?

Absolutely!  In fact, the interface was designed for handheld devices as the videos of the movement patterns and exercises are embedded in your program. Just click and watch!

How will I know if I’m doing the movement patterns and exercises correctly?

You will gain access to my website where you will find an exercise library with over 50 videos and images to help you with your program as well as a feedback section where you can comment and ask me questions.

How do I start?

You can start by following the link to my website and register. Following registration, you will be able to purchase the program. You will be sent a link to download the program onto your phone or tablet. Start immediately!

Do I need any equipment for this program?

Yes and No. The program is set up to correct or improve your movement quality with almost no equipment, while the strength and conditioning parts you would need some sort of resistance. Having said that, your body itself can be used as resistance as you will find out more on how in the Calisthenics part of the program. If you have access to a gym facility, you will find most if not all the tools for the job.
